The forced and distended belly

Because of pregnancies or with the waning of an important reducing, the forced and distended belly requires a more complete intervention.

A longer hospitalization is of course necessary (four to eight days) and support sheaths it is maintained for fifteen days.

The horizontal cicatrice is often low and its length is all the more large as the quantity of tissues to be withdrawn is more important.

Apart from this disadvantage (the cicatrice) and when the post-operative follow-up is quite assured, the results observed as well on the esthetic level as functional are appreciable.
